- What is the difference between Instant Book and Instant confirmation?
- Both secure your dates the moment you check out; the difference is your card. On Instant Book the card is charged and the booking is complete. On Instant confirmation the card is only held — never charged — and your concierge calls you within the hour to confirm the details before any payment is taken. If anything about the stay does not work, the hold is released.
- How do I recognise an instantly bookable home?
