Just a 3-minute walk from the beach and close to the centre of town, it is perfect for all ages. The second-floor (with lift) apartment has an open-plan living/dining room, with French windows that open onto a private balcony. The sitting area has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and an attractive dresser. Next to this is a dining table for 4 people. The modern kitchen is at the back of the room and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, extensive cupboards and French windows leading out to a small balcony. The gardens of the Villa della Pergola are worth a visit, as is the Muretto di Alassio which is tiled with the signatures of many famous visitors, including Ernest Hemingway and Jean Cocteau. For self-catering the weekly market (Saturday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within easy reach. The closest airport is Genoa airport, a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment. Alassio railway station is just a 15 minute walk.
