The Villa is surrounded by a well-finished and beautiful garden with a private swimming-pool, and offers great privacy, comfort, relax and tranquility. The living area, bright and wide, overlooks the vaste covered veranda, which is equipped with an external sitting room and a dining zone, and overlooks also the swimming-pool, which enjoys an amazing sea view. The well-equipped and functional kitchen has direct access to the garden, with a modern barbeque. The night area is made up of two double-bedrooms and of a twin-room, all with sea/swimming-pool view, and of two bathrooms with shower. Downstairs is located a dependance with double-room, room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and functional living room with kitchenette. Every room is air-conditioned. A private garage is available even for two cars.
