Events up to 25 guests are permitted by prior arrangement. No parties or loud music are allowed to maintain a tranquil environment. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Breakfast, vegan meals, kosher catering, and chef-prepared options are available upon prior request (extra charge). Non-smoking indoors. No pets allowed. Designed to accommodate families, couples, religious groups, and team retreats. Especially suitable for Shabbat Chatan and bridal preparations. Property is child-friendly with several extra mattresses, baby crib, and play tables included. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
