The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60” TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom made table for 12. Exiting from the dining area, spacious terraces with designers furniture, infinity swimming pool and outdoor dining area on the adjacent shaded terrace offer complete relaxation and stunning views to the shimmering Adriatic sea. The Villa features 5 luxurious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests in bedrooms and 2 additional guests on pull-out sofas. Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side and two, separate guest units on the east.
