The first floor of the Villa features two large and beautifully designed apartments. One apartment offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is double and features a wardrobe, safe and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds, and it is also air-conditioned and has a wardrobe and a safe. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and living area with a dining table for 4 persons. The living area features a comfortable sofa, LCD TV with DVD. It opens up to a terrace with a magnificent view of the island of Smokvica and the fabulous Primosten sunset.
