The villa is arranged over three levels and designed with a combination of traditional Mediterranean architecture and refined interior details. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped professional kitchen, and a dining area. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. From the living area, guests can step directly into the lush garden, which includes a gazebo with dining furniture and an outdoor grill. A spiral wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three air-conditioned bedrooms consisting of one single bedroom and two double bedrooms. This floor also includes a cozy central lounge with an LCD TV and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a modern bathroom with a separate bathtub, and a sea view from the window. This level also has space for an additional bed if required. The exterior area includes a private 24 m² saltwater pool surrounded by deck chairs and a Mediterranean garden filled with palm trees, rosemary, lavender, and hibiscus.

The property is located in the town of Orebić on the Pelješac peninsula. It sits directly on the beachfront, just one meter from the sea, and approximately 400 meters from the town center. The area is known for its Mediterranean atmosphere, coastal scenery, and relaxed seaside setting.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with heated floors, a fireplace, SAT TV, Wi-Fi, and a massage chair. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, espresso machine, blender, and dishwasher. A washing machine, hair dryer, and baby equipment are available upon request. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted, and events are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required. Tourist tax, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, baby cot and highchair, pool maintenance every seven days, and linen and towel changes every seven days are included.
