The lower terrace features an infinity swimming pool overlooking the bay, surrounded by sun loungers where guests can relax while enjoying the open horizon. Steps from this terrace lead directly down to the sandy beach below. Above the pool level, a spacious terrace showcases the classic white cubic architecture associated with Mykonos. A bamboo-covered pergola provides shade for a comfortable outdoor lounge and entertainment area. This level also includes an outdoor sound system, a summer kitchen with barbecue, an al fresco dining area, and a gym space, all positioned to capture the panoramic coastal scenery. Inside, the villa features a bright and airy interior with a neutral palette of white, grey, and taupe. The indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen are designed for both relaxation and entertaining, while comfortable sofa seating faces the sparkling Aegean Sea. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with its own en-suite bathroom and sea view, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

The villa is located in the scenic bay of Ftelia, one of the more peaceful areas of Mykonos known for its broad golden beach and clear waters. Despite its serene atmosphere, the location remains close to the island’s vibrant attractions. Guests are within walking distance of the renowned Pacha Mykonos and the popular beach club Alemagou Beach Club. The central area of Mykonos Town is only a short drive away, offering restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The southern coast’s famous beaches, including Elia Beach, Lia Beach, Kalafatis Beach, and Agrari Beach, are also within easy reach.

Daily housekeeping is included, with linens changed every three days and towels changed every two days. Guests receive bathroom toiletries and a welcome fruit basket upon arrival. The swimming pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. Additional services such as laundry facilities, baby equipment, chef services, driver arrangements, babysitting, daily cruises, personal security, shopping services, and transport arrangements can be arranged for an extra cost. An additional staff room is available on the lower level for an extra charge. The standard check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. A security deposit of €1,500 is required. Children, events, and smoking are allowed, and the property is wheelchair accessible.
