Expérience de Luxe au Cœur de Bournemouth Central

The design of the penthouse takes influence from the art deco heritage of the building and eases it towards the current day. The space has a calm vibe that allows the soft curves and lines of the building to take the glory. The lighting has been carefully considered to draw attention to key areas of function, and away from spaces of rest and relaxation. Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment adds to the subtle luxury vibe. The result is a soft and gentle glow that eases you through the apartment from dusk, and allows the night lights of the town centre to twinkle in the background. When dressing and styling the apartment the design company worked with local artisans and makers, selecting pieces that complimented each space, showcasing original local artists, bespoke furniture, handmade organic beds, high quality sustainable bedding and towelling and even window fabrics made from recycled beach found plastics. When you exit the lift using your private key directly into the property you will find yourself in a skylight lit internal hallway, to your left you will find the cloakroom and living and entertaining area, and to your right the generous 3-double bedroom sleeping area each with its own en-suite and dressing area. The property offers multi-level living with steps into each area. The apartment offers a Gira Smart Home System which allows control of lighting and heating via touchpads in each space and controls the access system. The electric blinds in the bedrooms are controlled by remote control, so there is no need to leave the comfort of your bed when you are ready to sleep or to wake to the picture window view of the sea in the morning. The result of all this energy and time is an apartment which provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and a space to recharge, surrounded by thoughtful details and care, encouraging slowness and rest, but also a perfect space to cook, to share food and drink in with loved ones, and to create happy memories. The kitchen and dining area The kitchen and dining area in this property has been designed with elegance, sophistication and comfort in mind. The large handcrafted island and stools take centre stage in the kitchen and is complimented by the sleek cabinetry and open air feel with floor to ceiling windows encircling the space and doors opening onto the large terrace. You will find no expense has been spared in the curation of this room with boiling water available on tap, state of the art induction hob, convection oven and oven-microwave and wine cooling fridge, fridge, freezer and dishwasher alongside high quality fittings and dinnerware. The impressive bespoke dining table holds space for up to six guests and is situated next to the over-sized bar area, perfect for entertaining during your stay.
