Inside, neutral gray and brown tones create a sophisticated atmosphere. The first floor offers an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight, comfortable corner sofa, armchair, and LCD TV. A large sliding glass wall seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces while filling the room with natural light. A guest toilet is also located on this level. The ground floor includes a fitness room with modern gym equipment and a sauna designed for relaxation. One bedroom with a balcony is also situated on this floor. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, while the third floor features the fourth bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an LCD TV, and access to a private balcony with a table and chairs, offering quiet spaces to unwind.

Situated in Promajna, the residence is surrounded by long white pebble beaches shaded by pine trees and crystal-clear waters. The area combines the tranquility of nature with convenient access to lively coastal towns, seaside promenades, and Dalmatian dining.

The home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, and baby cot and high chair upon request. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A €500 security deposit is required.
