The covered outdoor dining areas are great for enjoying meals alfresco, and you have a choice of either a double wood / charcoal barbecue or a gas barbecue. On the ground floor you will find a spacious entrance, from where you access the large living room with a feature 'hanging' fireplace and views to the sea. From the living room, the front terrace can be accessed, where the outdoor dining room is located overlooking the pool and the sea. The kitchen is of the highest quality, with designer appliances and furniture. It also has direct access to a porch with a high table and stools, located nearby the aforementioned barbecue. Next to the kitchen there is also a guest toilet. On the first floor, there is a second living room as well as a very large terrace with spectacular views of the sea, several sofa areas, a table tennis table and a jacuzzi.
