The private pool can be heated free of charge from March to the end of May and from mid-September to the end of November. The heating system maintains the water temperature at approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions, and requires seven days’ advance notice. From 2024, in accordance with Greek legislation (Article 53 of Law 4389/2016), a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies. This fee is €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March. Payment is required via bank transfer or credit card upon booking.
