The other side features a fully-equipped, semi-professional kitchen and a second living area with couches, a TV, an open fireplace, and a dining table, along with direct access to the outdoor terrace. A bathroom with a shower is also on this floor. The first floor boasts a third living room with a billiards table, a seating area, and a dining table. The four bedrooms include one with a double bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and overhead shower. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. Two additional bathrooms with tubs and overhead showers serve this floor. In the basement, a tavern area has been transformed into an entertainment space with a dance floor, music, and lighting. During summer, guests can enjoy an above-ground swimming pool, surrounded by terraced gardens, olive trees, and woodland across the 40,000 m² estate.
