• The property does not have a carbon monoxide detector or a washer. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • No pets are allowed. • Smoking is prohibited inside and on balconies but allowed in designated areas. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
