This level also includes a lounge area with a bar, couches, and TV, which opens directly to the pool and patio, perfect for unwinding or hosting. Outside, the villa boasts a heated swimming pool, sun loungers for relaxation, and a barbecue area for outdoor dining, all while enjoying the spectacular lake views.

Situated in the peaceful lakeside village of Sala Comacina, this villa is ideally located in one of the most sought-after areas of Lake Como. The heated swimming pool is open seasonally from May to September, with a maximum temperature of 30 degrees. Additional services, such as a private chef, extra cleaning, boat rentals, and personal trainers, can be arranged but must be pre-approved by the villa owner and booked directly with trusted service providers.
