The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with an energy fireplace, a comfortable lounge with a Satellite LED TV, and direct access to the pool. A fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area for eight guests make meal preparation and dining a pleasure. One king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony with sea and garden views is also located on this level. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms. One features a king-size canopy bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a large terrace with sun loungers, a sofa, and panoramic views. The other has twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and access to a private balcony with a seating area and sea views. Floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the overall experience.

Nestled in a serene location, the villa offers sweeping views of the Souda Bay and the rolling hills of Apokoronas. The area is known for its natural beauty, charming villages, and traditional Cretan hospitality. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are within easy reach, ensuring guests can experience both relaxation and local culture.

The private swimming pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost and requires at least seven days' advance notice. Pool heating is available from March to May and from mid-September to November, maintaining a temperature of approximately 26°C, depending on weather conditions. For stays between 5 and 7 nights, one change of linens and towels is provided, while stays of more than 7 nights include a change every four days. A daily maid service is available, except on weekends. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. From 2024, a resilience fee to the climate crisis is required by law: €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The villa is part of a complex with four villas located next to each other. The heated pool policy has been updated for new reservations made after November 8, 2026, covering both the 2026 and 2027 seasons. Pool heating is free from March through May and from September 15 through November, while heating from June 1 to September 14 is available at €40 per day. A 3-day advance notice is required, and the pool heats to approximately 26°C depending on weather conditions. For the 2026 season, the updated official rates of €480/night for September and €390/night for October must be applied to include the free heated pool amenity.
