The sitting room is a bright and inviting space, offering comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an indoor fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere. A separate snug provides a peaceful retreat for reading, working remotely, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all essential utensils, glassware, and tableware, meal preparation is a breeze. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space to gather and enjoy dinners together. Regarding Christmas 2025: Lily Bank will feature a large, decorated artificial tree from early December through to January, bringing plenty of festive sparkle. Guests are welcome to add their own special touches during their Christmas getaway as long as everything is taken away at check-out. Lily Bank is a peaceful retreat in a quiet residential area - guests are asked to respect the surroundings, with quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. No parties, stag or hen dos, or commercial filming are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house; this is a smoke-free home. The home is family-friendly, welcoming children of all ages.
