This modern, high-rise apartment on level 50 offers a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Melbourne, ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Thoughtfully furnished with brand-new pieces and designed for both relaxation and functionality. Please note that the building uses a shared central air-conditioning system, so cooling and heating may be slower than expected, especially during peak usage periods. This is due to the building’s original design. For winter stays, a portable heater is available if needed. Thank you for your understanding. Apartment Features: 🛏 Bedrooms (3 total): Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe with ample clothing storage Bedroom 2: One queen-sized bed with clothing storage (wardrobe or drawers) Bedroom 3: One double-sized bed with clothing storage (wardrobe or drawers) Fresh linens and hotel-quality bedding are provided for all beds. Portable fans are provided for guest comfort. *Single sofa bed in living room (please see the dimension in the photo section). There is an additional $40+GST fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability. Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.
