The residence is thoughtfully designed with teak and cedar finishes, onyx and granite countertops, and teak flooring throughout. Six of the eight bedroom suites offer ocean views and terrace access. The main gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, while a separate butler kitchen is dedicated to the chef’s use. Dining options include a teak dining table and smoky black granite breakfast bar. Living and dining areas open directly to the main terrace. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, including a main level pool and a plunge pool on the third-floor patio, as well as a jacuzzi, ocean view bar with a 75" HDTV, fire pit, grassy backyard with hammocks and bean bag chairs, and multiple seating areas across three levels.

The property is located in a gated community known for its exclusivity and views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. Guests are a short walk from the community cafe, tennis and pickleball courts, and about ten minutes from the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas, where dining, shopping, and nightlife are easily accessible.

Nightly rates include a 20% government tax. Food and beverages are not included in the chef service and are subject to a 20% delivery fee. Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28, and New Year’s reservations must start on December 26 or later.
