To help us keep the hot tub safe and ready for every guest, a temporary £1 card hold will be placed before your stay. This is only a security check and not a charge — no money will be taken from your account. The £1 authorisation simply confirms the card details for security purposes in case of any damage or misuse of the hot tub during your stay. This will be securely processed through the check-in app prior to your arrival. The hold is released automatically by your bank or card provider.
