Villa Côtière Paisible Avec Vues sur la Mer

The villa covers 95 square metres of living space on a private plot of 1,100 square metres and is arranged over two levels. The upper level hosts two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A shared modern bathroom with a shower serves this floor. The ground level features a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch Smart Satellite TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and direct access to the pool terrace with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary modern appliances, and the dining area comfortably accommodates six guests. A second shared bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

The villa is situated in the coastal village of Kalyviani in the Kissamos area of Chania. The surrounding environment is peaceful and characterized by the natural Cretan landscape. Falassarna Beach and Balos Lagoon are a short drive away, while local tavernas, beaches, and attractions are easily accessible, offering a balance between privacy and convenience.

From 2024, in accordance with article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies. The fee is €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The villa is part of a two-villa complex. The second villa has the same bedroom capacity and guest limit. Both villas can be booked together for larger groups, and a connecting gate allows movement between the two properties while maintaining privacy when required. Cleaning For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one cleaning service every 4 days. Change of linen & towels For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.
