The second floor mirrors the layout of the first floor and includes another living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, access to a private balcony with sea views, and three additional bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while one has a private bathroom. A separate wellness house with a sauna is available on the property. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. Three modern kitchens are fitted with stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and coffee makers.
