One master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access is also located on this level. The first floor hosts four additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. This floor enjoys stunning sea views and, together with the villa’s full air-conditioning and amenities, creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a five-star hotel. The basement includes a sauna available for guest use.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A security deposit of €2,000 applies. Included services feature tourist tax, Mediterranean breakfast, daily housekeeping with light cleaning and bed making, daily maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas, concierge services through the villa manager during daytime hours, private parking, bed linen and towel changes twice weekly or upon request, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and additional cleaning every seven days for longer stays.
