Bedrooms are distributed across all floors, including a ground-floor bedroom for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Every level offers views of the surrounding valley, gardens, olive groves, or countryside. Outdoor spaces include extensive formal gardens, shaded dining areas, a large private swimming pool, and a floodlit grass tennis court. A historic consecrated chapel dating back to the 13th century is also located on the estate, restored in the 19th century under Lorenzo Nottolini’s design. The second villa offers a more contemporary Tuscan interior with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, additional sitting room, and well-appointed bedrooms, making it ideal for extended family or staff accommodation. It has its own enclosed garden and direct gated access to the main grounds.

The estate is located in the heart of the village of Vorno, while remaining completely rural and tranquil in feel. Within a five-minute walk, guests can reach local bars, shops, and restaurants. The surrounding landscape includes rolling hills, forests, olive groves, and views toward the Alpe Apuane. The medieval city of Lucca is approximately five miles away.

Heating, utilities, and exclusive use of the estate are included in the price. Pool heating above the standard temperature of 24°C is available at an additional cost during May through September. Optional services such as chef, maid, nanny, food and beverage service, transfers, and telephone usage are available upon request.
