Keller is known for its safe, family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful parks. Cross Timbers Park is about a 15-minute walk away, and Keller Town Center, with trails, restaurants, and local shops, is just 5 - 10 minutes by car. Grapevine Mills and the Fort Worth Stockyards are within a 30-minute drive, and DFW Airport is only 20 - 25 minutes away.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: RSBM House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is picked up by the city on certain days. We will let you know the night before so you can leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards, ready for pick-up at 7 a.m. the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. The number of pets you bring must be discussed and authorized by us in advance. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. 15. No weapons of any kind are permitted on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers and explosives. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to local authorities.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Stay Bring your furry friends! We welcome house-trained pets for a small surcharge to cover cleaning. Please register your pets in advance and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. Pet fee: $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. 📺 Entertainment Our smart TVs are ready for you to log in with your own account for any streaming app of your preference, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more. Don't worry if you forget to sign out; we'll take care of it for you. 📶 Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Please note there is no cable TV. 🚭 Smoking Policy No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors only; please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation fee: $500 USD 🚫 No Parties or Large Gatherings Please enjoy the home respectfully. Only registered guests are permitted during your stay. We're happy to help. 💲 Additional Nightly Rate for 7+ Guests Our nightly rate covers the first 6 guests. For each guest beyond six, there is a $39 per guest, per night additional fee. 🏊 Pool The outdoor pool is professionally serviced once a week. As with any outdoor pool, some leaves or debris may appear between cleanings. This doesn't mean the pool is unclean. All chemicals are properly balanced, and filtration systems are maintained for your safety and comfort. The technician who cleans the pool accesses the backyard through the gate. ♨️ Heated Pool The pool can be heated for $150 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you as it takes a few hours to heat. 🌿 Landscaping Our landscaping staff visits the premises one time every two weeks. 📷 Security Cameras For your safety, we have two exterior cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and one in front of the garage facing the driveway. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home. 🐞 A Note on Wildlife The property has a lovely gardened area. Pest control service visits monthly, but you may occasionally see harmless insects. If you notice anything, let us know and we'll address it promptly. 🚿 Showers To use the showers, please note that you have to gently pull the handle out and then turn it to adjust the water temperature. 🌀 Ceiling Fans Turn the fans on using the wall switch first, then use the remote control to adjust the speed. 🚗 Driveway Gate The driveway gate motor is disconnected and should remain open at all times. ⚠️ House Rule Violations Any violation of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and forfeiture of any security deposit. No weapons allowed.
