The property includes five additional bedrooms, with four rooms offering queen-size beds and one room containing single beds. Palm Jumeirah is home to luxury hotels including Atlantis The Palm, which features Nobu restaurant, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers aquarium. Dubai Marina and JBR are approximately 10 minutes by taxi, while Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and DIFC are around 20 minutes away.

Loud drilling noises may be heard from Villa 0-37 during this period. Another villa directly opposite Villa 0-37 is undergoing renovation, with work expected to be completed by the end of February 2026.
