The bathroom is fitted with a walk in rain shower and bidet, along with bathroom amenities. The apartment also includes air conditioning, internet access, a washing machine, iron, safe, hair dryer, alarm, tiled or marble flooring, dining table, and essential safety features including a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector. A lift services the building.

A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 per booking is required and collected by credit card with the last payment. For monthly stays, a security deposit of AED 5,000 is required. Check in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check out is before 12:00. No smoking, no pets and no parties or events are permitted. Abu Dhabi applies a 6 percent Tourism Tax on stays in apartments, resorts and hotels. Rates are also subject to a 5 percent UAE Government VAT in accordance with applicable laws. Final cleaning is charged at AED 250 per booking and booking fees are 5 percent of the booking. An extra person supplement of AED 150 per person per night applies where relevant.
