The home is listed to accommodate 16+ guests but has a capacity of 30. Guests 17 to 23 are an additional 500 MXN per guest per night. Guests 24 to 30+, an additional 350 MXN per night per guest. - Guests will need to climb stairs on, in and around the property. It’s a three-story home. - Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City. The property is equipped with a boiler. To ensure hot water availability for all guests, we kindly request that showers be taken in a staggered manner rather than simultaneously. - The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! There is no guard. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
