The 100 m² outdoor area includes a private swimming pool measuring 25 m² with a depth of 1.60 m, as well as sun loungers, umbrellas, a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and private parking for one car.

The villa is located in Kamisiana, Kolymbari, Chania, in western Crete. The area is surrounded by olive groves and countryside and offers a peaceful atmosphere close to the sea. The villa is part of a complex consisting of four independent villas located next to one another. The complex includes two-bedroom villas and three-bedroom villas. From 2024, a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies at €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival.
