The house extends across four floors, with 600 sqm of interior space, and is set within a private park. Its common areas include a kitchen, dining room, living room, additional quiet corners, and a private suite on the top floor beneath the eaves. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for use by the house staff or a private chef, with support from the on-site team. The dining room has two tables measuring 90 × 215 cm, with seating for up to 13 people. The living room features velvet furnishings, walnut details, and a fireplace. The house has four bedrooms, including two suites and two additional rooms, with five bathrooms in total: four en-suite bathrooms and one bathroom serving the common areas. Every bedroom includes a SMEG minibar, a kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, complete linens, and a Simmons bed. Bathrooms are supplied with Ortigia bath products, including bath salts, bubble bath, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. Bathrobes, slippers, and Dyson hairdryers are provided in every room. Amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the house, a sound system, a TV, heating, laundry facilities, a ski room for equipment storage, and private parking. A live-in caretaker is always on site, and daily housekeeping and breakfast are included.

The house is located in Pocol, Cortina d’Ampezzo, in the Dolomites. Cortina is known for its alpine setting, sporting heritage, and association with Italian cinema. The town hosted the 1956 Winter Olympics and is also a host of the 2026 Winter Games. The surrounding area offers opportunities for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, guided excursions, and private chef dining experiences. The house is a few minutes from the town centre and ski lifts, with direct ski-in, ski-out access.

A live-in caretaker is always present at the house, whether the property is booked in full or by room. Daily housekeeping, breakfast, kitchen supervision, and a minibar and kettle in every room are included. Private chef, concierge, butler, transfer, ski arrangement, and full-house staffing for private events are available on request. Wellness services are available through a nearby partner hotel and are not provided as an in-house service. The house can also accommodate private celebrations, brand activations, and film productions by arrangement.
