The tourist tax is payable on arrival. Additional cleaning costs €45 per hour, with a minimum booking of two hours and two cleaners. A €3,000 security deposit is specified.
Departure cleaning is included. The external bins are emptied by the owner every three days in the early morning to minimize disturbance.
Children are allowed. Smoking is not allowed, events are not allowed, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. The supplied house rules also indicate that pets are allowed.
