Villa Kalma Dio is the second of our luxury private Villas in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, resting at the top of a hill overlooking Thermaikos Bay. The villas extend into a verdant natural environment, hidden but close to the beach and village facilities. The views over the Bay are simply stunning, as well as the impressive sunsets. Layout Villa Kalma Dio consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining area, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities, leading out to the pool. The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft.
