Villa Lefki, ideally situated just a short easy stroll from the beautiful sandy beach of Halikounas and a choice of excellent tavernas. Lake Korission, a nature reserve hosting migrating birds is right on your doorstep. This area is an idyllic retreat for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. The beach is backed by sand dunes and popular with kit surfers. Villa Lefki offers comfortable accommodation ideal for families, with its large, inclosed garden, screened with matured trees and bushes. To the rear of the house a built in bbq area offers a secluded spot for outdoor dinning and grilling and a large swimming pool takes pride of place surrounded by the lawned garden. In addition, table tennis is available to keep you active. The accommodation is set out over 2 floors. The entrance, leading directly into the living area, a couple of steps down. The living room offers air conditioning, patio doors opening on to a small terrace looking over the pool and the garden. Tv with local satellite system, comfortable sitting, and dining area seating eight. The kitchen is located on the entrance level, fully equipped with a full-sized dish washer, microwave, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and all the small electrical gadget needed. The ground floor also offers two bedrooms both with on suite shower rooms, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to a shared terrace looking over the pool. One bedroom offering twin beds and the other with a double. This level also provides a guest wc and a separate utility room with washing machine. Interior staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the air-conditioned master bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The balcony for this room is private looking over the villa grounds to the lake and the sea beyond. In addition, a small single bedroom suitable for a child offers a fan and a small private balcony.
