The Villa with staff living in for your service, holds a much-desired location in the exclusive residential area within Nueva Andalucía, close to the popular resort of Puerto Banús, while glamorous Marbella is just a five-minute car journey away. The authentic and luxurious Andalusian-style villa holds a large corner pot surrounded by extensive tropical gardens giving guests a real sense of privacy and exclusivity. The main house consists of a beautiful entrance hall which leads to a spacious living room with fireplace and access to well-kept gardens, a separate dining room which connects to a fully equipped kitchen and with central island. A bedroom with own bathroom for the service is next to the kitchen as well as a laundry room and access to the garden. To the other side of the property we find an office with guest toilet and a complete bedroom with its bathroom that gives to 2 covered terraces and to the gardens. The upper floor enjoys a second living room with dome roof and access to a large sun terrace. Two guest bedrooms and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a separate shower and bath. The guest house is located in front of the main house and consists of a beautiful living / dining room with modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a large central hall with high ceilings with natural light. The tropical gardens are very well kept and enclose the property to give you more privacy. It has a custom built barbecue near a large family pool. The property has a central fountain at the entrance and a garage for several vehicles plus an additional parking. Outside, the tropical gardens have been immaculately maintained and cared for, making a beautiful space to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. When the sun gets a bit too much, the large private pool is the perfect spot to take a refreshing dip and cool off. There is a covered terrace, fantastic for those who wish to indulge in some al fresco dining while in sunny Spain!
