Winter in Gstaad
Gstaad is one of Switzerland's premier ski destinations, with kilometres of groomed pistes, deep-snow and firn runs prized by off-piste skiers, and an extensive network of lifts and cable cars. Over the festive season, the village hosts a Christmas market where decorated chalets sell local produce — best enjoyed with a glass of glühwein as you soak up the Alpine atmosphere.
Summer in Gstaad
Come summer, the region becomes an outdoor playground. From the valley's green meadows to the snow-capped peaks, you're never short of things to do: hiking, biking, golf, river rafting, summer tobogganing and hot-air ballooning over wildflower meadows and postcard chalets. Thrill-seekers can ride the Alpine Coaster at Glacier 3000 — the world's highest summer toboggan run — or the Rellerli run.

Gstaad is well connected by rail, with scenic journeys of around two hours to the major airports. We can arrange airport transfers by minibus, taxi or chauffeur from Geneva or Zurich, as well as private shuttle services. Most of our Gstaad properties offer off-road parking, and where they don't, we can arrange for your vehicle to be stored safely during your stay.
