Which properties are eligible to join?
Homes already listed with Smiling House, or currently being onboarded, are eligible, and both owners and managers can apply. A property simply needs to match the spirit of a collection — sustainable features, family comfort, a pet-friendly welcome, or the setting and licences for events. Most homes qualify for at least one.
Do I need a licence to join the Events Collection?
For events such as weddings or larger celebrations, your property should hold the appropriate local licences and permits, and guests are always required to respect the home and the host's rules. If you are unsure what applies in your region, our team is happy to talk it through before you apply.
How do property managers join the luxury villa collections?
Simply complete the application form and note which of your properties you would like featured, and in which collections. Our team reviews each submission, confirms the best fit, and positions your homes accordingly. You are welcome to feature the same property in more than one collection where it qualifies.
