The surface is 105 m2, without balconies and the Zingerihuus has as tenant "three Pommes" on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, an American kitchen, a fireplace, a bathroom, a toilet, a shower and two balconies (South and East), also an indoor parking space. - Dr. Niklaus Perretten and a physio at the 1st, - Our apartment and Oliver (hairdresser) on the second floor. - My mom and Jaggi on the third floor.
