The almost two-hundred year old home has been developed into a fully furnished and equipped summer home able to host up to eleven guests (7 adults plus 4 children) in three double bedrooms, one single and one quadruple. The house offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, modern kitchen, clothes washer, first aid kit, and twice per week cleaning service. The house's spacious and unique garden and terrace is elevated and offers uninterrupted views of the old harbor. The outdoor bar, sitting area and marble dining table which comfortably seats up to 14 guests in the shade of an ancient olive tree are ideal for casual or more formal meals and entertaining throughout the day. Guests can lounge on the terrace and watch the fishing boats and yachts come and go in the Old Harbor below. The master bedroom suite is developed on two levels with the king-size bed upstairs in the loft looking down onto the living area. The ensuite bathroom is also on the ground floor of the suite. The top floor guestroom apartment offers a separate living area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with queen size bed. The third guestroom offers a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. The fourth guestroom overlooking the old harbor is ideal for children as it has two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Finally, there is a small bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a house maid or a single guest or child. This room shares the bathroom with the fourth guestroom. The kitchen is located close to the outdoor dining area and bar & bbq. The set up is ideal for entertaining friends and family. Finally, a separate indoor sitting and dining room on the ground floor with a second, smaller, openplan kitchen is an ideal area for watching TV or taking a break from the sun outside.
