Overview of the house
The space
The interiors are spacious, with elegant contemporary furnishings which are both functional and stylish. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living space and kitchen area on the ground floor, opening out to a wide terrace for dining or relaxing.
Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, laundry, guest bathroom. All rooms have direct access to a covered outdoor terrace.
First floor: 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a bathtub). The house can accommodate eight people (maximum ten by adding two beds in the living area).
Outdoor: sea access from the villa, beautiful garden and parking area, the sandy beach is located 10 minutes walking from the villa
The neighbourhood
Cefalù is close at hand with its pretty medieval streets, cathedral square and authentic Sicilian charm. Discover an array of excellent seafood restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream bars, as well as a good mix of boutiques, or head into the Madonie mountains for hiking trails and horse riding. Day trips include visiting the Aeolian islands or Palermo, around an hour away by car.
