This Luxury Villa boasts two elegantly decorated living rooms, one on the ground floor and another on the lower level, each featuring comfortable seating, a 65" HDTV/Smart TV, a Bluetooth stereo, a PS5 game console, board games, a built-in fireplace, and air conditioning. The ground floor also includes a spacious dining room with sophisticated décor, while the villa’s two kitchens, one on each floor, are fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. The villa offers 7 bedrooms, including a master suite with a wardrobe, TV, safe, and ensuite bathroom, additional double and twin rooms, and an attic bedroom with an ensuite. Guests can also use the sofa bed in the lower living room and a folding bed to accommodate two extra people. The outdoor entertainment area features a large swimming pool with a children’s pool, an outdoor shower, a built-in gas BBQ with a wine cooler, a dining area, and poolside seating. Additional amenities include a children’s play area, table tennis, a pool table, foosball, gym facilities, garage parking, and an elevator, making this Luxury Villa both pet-friendly and accessible.
