At the ground floor of the main house, enriched with beautiful clay barrel-vaults, there is a large living room with an old stone fireplace, a dining room with two wide windows overlooking the garden and furnished with a table for 12, a large kitchen fully equipped at the best quality level – fridge and freezer, gas burner, oven, dish washing machine, microwave oven – a TV room with large screen TV and stereo, and a rest room. At the ground floor there is also a little technical room with washing machine and a dryer. At the first floor, accessible through a stone internal stair, there are two suites and two sleeping rooms, all with en-suite bathroom – two with shower and two with bath. All the rooms are independently air conditioned. In the outbuilding in front of the main house there is a small complete flat (independently air conditioned), with sleeping room and bathroom with shower, living room with dining table and antique stone fireplace, small kitchen complete with fridge, gas stove, washing machine. In front of the house there is an infinity swimming pool of 14 x 7 metres overlooking the vineyards. Between the house and the pool there is a large and comfortable place for dinner “al fresco”. Vineyards and olive grove are in production, and in autumn the guests can be present at the vintage and the work out of the grapes to produce the wine in the nearby cellar. The Villa is smartly furnished, with antique furniture, old carpets and precious objects, still with great attention to the country feeling of an old stone house plunged in the most typical Tuscan landscape, and great attention has been taken to guests comfort in all the house.
