The estate spans 260 square meters of built space on a total area of 1700 square meters. It includes six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 25 guests. The interior features a large living room with a 50-inch flat screen, a spacious sofa, armchairs, and a living room table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Tami 4, coffee/espresso machine, microwave, toaster, milk frother, and a full set of pots and pans. Each bedroom includes a 40-inch flat screen TV, nightstands, and a wardrobe. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The children’s area includes a dedicated living space with a Bimba, slide, swings, table football, ping pong table, snooker table, board games, and Xbox. The media setup features YES satellite TV, a wireless internet connection, and a home theater system. Outdoors, guests will find a fenced, heated, and covered seasonal pool, a spa Jacuzzi for up to 6 people, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a variety of seating areas. There is also a garden table, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and BBQ grill, and pool towels provided.

Guests enjoy full access to both indoor and outdoor areas, including the pool, spa Jacuzzi, garden, outdoor kitchen, and all entertainment facilities. The estate features wide entrances, a flat and bright driveway, and wide corridors, making it accessible for wheelchairs and suitable for the disabled. Private parking is also available on-site.

The estate is ideal for families, couples, groups, bonding days, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and groom’s Sabbaths. It caters to the religious public with a nearby synagogue, Shabbat plate, Saturday clock, and urn. Breakfast, chef meals, and kosher meals can be arranged in advance. There is also the option to order a grillman. Guests receive coffee capsules, tea, sugar, coffee, and for double occupancy, a bottle of wine and quality pralines. Treatments and massages, as well as event arrangements for birthdays and proposals, can be booked in advance. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
