Villa élégante avec des cadres harmonieux

Originally a rustic barn, this residence has been transformed into an elegant villa across three floors. The main floor houses a large living room, a modern kitchen with central island, a formal dining area, one double bedroom with ensuite shower, an extra bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs includes four more bedrooms: one twin with bathtub, one double with shower, and two doubles with bathtubs—each with its own ensuite and the possibility of adding single beds upon request. On the lower level, a quiet study opens to a furnished veranda with pool views, alongside a bathroom that serves the pool area. Interiors combine original stone and wood with tasteful modern finishes throughout.

Located in the Lucca hills, the villa offers peace and privacy just 15 km from the historic center of Lucca. Local shops and restaurants are 6 km away. The property also provides easy access to the beaches of Versilia (25 km) and major Tuscan destinations such as Pisa, Florence, and Siena.
