To ensure the hot tub is kept in pristine condition and ready for use, a maintenance fee of $50 is applicable if you wish to enjoy this amenity during your stay. This fee covers professional cleaning and chemical balancing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. **Please note that once the hot tub has been cleaned and prepared prior to your check-in, the maintenance fee becomes non-refundable. All guests MUST read and abide by the posted rules. - Kindly keep the temperature at or above 98°F. Setting it lower may lead to issues for which you would be responsible for repair costs. - No soap, lotion or oils in the hot tub - The hot tub MUST be covered when not in use!
