GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. PETS: Furry friends are welcome! 🐾 A non-refundable pet fee of $25/night for one pet or $35/night for two pets ensures a spotless stay for everyone. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed in the home. A penalty fee will be assessed if it is determined that smoking occurred during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Cleaning Up After Your Pet: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience. 8. Damages: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements. 9. Notification: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along so that we can make necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience for you and your furry companions.
