BEACH RESTORATION NOTICE Please note: The neighboring Marriott resort plans beach restoration works along the shared beachfront from roughly May 25 through late August 2026. There may be construction activity, safety barriers, and temporary limits on beach access at times, including a short full closure of the Regal Beach shoreline currently expected around August 8–17, 2026 (all dates subject to change).
