This estate is a complex of two luxurious villas nestled in the hills of Camaruche. This eight-bedroom estate can accommodate up to sixteen people in front of exceptional panoramic views over the ocean and the sunsets, with high quality services and noble materials in a refined decor.Close to Lorient beach, comfortably welcomes guests in bright and large spaces. The two vacation rentals AVEN and are quiet and most relaxing, while the trade winds blow across the terraces and the tropical gardens. They both have beautiful air-conditioned living rooms with sofas, armchairs and televisions, in a decor of selected objects, driftwood and soft cushions. The kitchens are well equipped to cook meals and prepare drinks, unless you prefer to call upon a private chef. The indoor dining rooms are perfect to dine in front of the panoramic ocean view, whether you wish to be with friends and family or in a private setting in of one of the two villas, as you wish. This estate features two magnificent terraces with three swimming pools, two of which are on two levels in villa AVEN, as well as outdoor lounges and dining rooms for pleasant al fresco dining in the tropical mild air. There are sun loungers with umbrellas on the deck and on the lovely lawn with palm trees.
