This waterfront home features four bedrooms, a private pool, and a dock perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards into the ocean or taking the boat out for a day on the water. Designed on a single level, it offers an open, airy layout ideal for families and groups. Enjoy comfortable, modern coastal décor, an equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas. The patio, surrounded by tropical foliage, is perfect for family barbecues or a peaceful morning coffee. After a day on the water, unwind with a sunset on the patio or a relaxing soak in the deep tub. -Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 21' -The bunk room includes a double bed at both the bottom and top bunks. -The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/night. -A high chair and a pack and play can be made available for no additional fee.
