It is also just a short car ride from the popular town of Moraira, and the bustling working town Denia is situated around 20 minutes away by car. The outdoor kitchen has everything you would need to dine al fresco at the end of a hard day on the beach, or relaxing beside the private pool. This fully equipped property comes with hot/cold air conditioning, WIFI, a TV, and a washing machine for guests’ use. There are three double bedrooms upstairs, one with en suite and one family shower room. Downstairs is a separate two bedroom apartment with kitchenette, with a double bedroom and a room with bunkbeds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in this apartment, which means the property can sleep a maximum of 12 people. It is just a 4 minute drive to the popular Arenal beach, with its wide selection of bars and restaurants. It is a 30 minute drive over Montgo Mountain to the bustling town of Denia where it is possible to get a ferry across to Ibiza and Majorca. Javea is known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca and for good reason. It is situated in an idyllic location, set on the Mediterranean coastline with plentiful restaurants serving fabulous fresh food.
