Please note that the Clarence River runs fast past the property and there is no fence between the home and the river. Please be wary. This property is not suitable for small children. This is not a party house. We have noiseaware monitors on site and will address any loud music or elevated noise immediately and will not hesitate to act. This property is in a pristine condition with carpets throughout all bedrooms and some living areas. The cost to professionally clean or replace any marks made on carpets will be passed on to the guest.
